Returns & Exchanges

At Thunderdome, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if a piece doesn't meet your expectations, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse processes your refund or exchange.
